Conversational interfaces can support users in very different contexts. Here are a few examples of industries and applications that we have successfully implemented in recent years.
Telecommunications
Customer service can be so much more than frustrating infinite loops! In the telecommunications sector, users regularly have queries that can be answered quickly and, above all, user-specifically - provided you have access to the right data. Conversational agents should not replace their human counterparts, but rather complement them and relieve them of simple routine tasks. Together with Deutsche Telekom, we are working on the implementation of an intelligent IVR concierge. Together with our customer sipgate, we are implementing a chatbot that is an integral part of customer service automation.
Mobility
Fast, simple, and natural-language support on the move: The fields of application for conversational AI in the area of mobility are far from exhausted. Life can be made easier for users by various applications on different channels, including right on the platform. Through our work with Deutsche Bahn and BVG, we were able to contribute to this.
Education and Social Affairs
More than fun and games - although that is definitely included. In recent years, we have implemented various projects in the social and educational sector. Yana, for example, the first chatbot against discrimination, various learning and movement games as Alexa Skills or for Google Assistant and infobots for further education courses. Used correctly and with the right character design, conversational interfaces become an absolute game changer!
Home Entertainment
When your home becomes an interface! In addition to smart home integrations, conversational AI is also an integral part of various devices and enables intuitive control - without having to reach for the remote control, walk over to the switch or adjust the buttons. We don't just make TVs talk!
